The company has performed at Symphony Space, Lincoln Center, and Central Park and has been broadcast on the PBS series, “Great Performances.

Charles Moore Dance Theatre, noted for its reconstructions of dances thought to be lost forever, was commissioned to recreate, “Shango” – the signature piece - by the world-renowned choreographer Katherine Dunham. It was performed at Riverside Church, two weeks prior to her passing in September 2006 and at Symphony Space for her memorial service.

*The company appears courtesy of Circuit Productions’ “Rhythm Journeys: Masters of World Music and Dance” – a project originally supported, in part, by the NYS Fund, established by the NYS Attorney General at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.
